First Cannabis Retail in a Commercial Shopping Mall

Due to our current operations, we are well versed in the challenges, hard work, and resources it takes to open a cannabis retail facility. Our day-to-day business operations will be governed by proven policies and procedures, developed based on prior experience running successful, efficient retail cannabis stores in California. 

 

First and foremost, we pick the location strategically — population-dense with high visibility and traffic, and a limited number of local licenses to control competition. We exclusively plan to own and operate only $10M+ GAR locations. 

 

We also believe in adding value to our local communities by supporting local non-profit organizations, providing educational opportunities to our employees, customers, and residents. This also extends to supporting local businesses with the store’s regular businesses needs, i.e. printing services, collaborations, etc. 

 

We are store operators, we are not license aggregators. Many other retail groups will apply for a license, but then delay opening, usually resulting in them selling the license without ever opening doors. We immediately start exercising our licenses upon local approval – collecting taxes and revenue – and set upon proving our best-in-class retail experience.

We have a corporate and vertically integrated business structure which allows us to be flexible and scale as the market evolves. 

 

We have built a Centralized Inventory Distribution platform that creates cost efficiencies – supplying our retail shops with everything they need, expediting store openings, and allowing our shops to focus exclusively on sales.

 

We view our stores are more than cash registers, they are barometers of a rapidly evolving cannabis consumer marketplace, better improving our knowledge of California’s nuanced consumer marketplace, including the growing mature demographic.

 

We seek to create access to new economic opportunities for underrepresented communities, hiring 100% locally.

 

We are retail’s new anchor tenant and are the preferred client of Retail West. 

 

We increased foot traffic in Union Landing Shopping Center; 2 months after opening marked an annual comparison of traffic increased by 10%!

 

We have a Retail Expansion team dedicated to finding the most strategic locations, which enables us to open with little to no TI required from landlord and therefore pay very competitive rental rates.
