Our day-to-day business operations will be governed by proven policies and procedures, developed based on prior experience running successful, efficient retail cannabis stores in California.Â

First and foremost, we pick the location strategically — population-dense with high visibility and traffic, and a limited number of local licenses to control competition. We exclusively plan to own and operate only $10M+ GAR locations.Â

We also believe in adding value to our local communities by supporting local non-profit organizations, providing educational opportunities to our employees, customers, and residents. This also extends to supporting local businesses with the store’s regular businesses needs, i.e. printing services, collaborations, etc.Â

We are store operators, we are not license aggregators. Many other retail groups will apply for a license, but then delay opening, usually resulting in them selling the license without ever opening doors. We immediately start exercising our licenses upon local approval – collecting taxes and revenue – and set upon proving our best-in-class retail experience.Â
