Work St. Center
Centrally located on Highway 101 in Salinas, our Work St. Center houses our flagship Retail store. Powered by efficient teams led by innovative leaders, Grupo Flor is able to sell cannabis goods from one centrally-located hub. Spanning 37,000 sq. ft, this building houses our independent suite of California canna-business operations, serving as the supportive infrastructure to all of our retail and branding ventures.
Our manufacturing entity, 710 Combinator, is equipped with state-of-the-art production and packaging equipment for cannabis flower, pre-rolls, blunts, and concentrates. This fast-paced, high-volume environment is where we produce Brands and co-pack for a growing roster of leading cannabis brands.
From there, Flor X handles all receiving, inventory management, and distribution. Our team relies on standards-of-procedure (SOP), inventory system management systems, and strict compliance protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Operating in this capacity puts us in a unique position to manufacture and distribute our own goods to all of our retail locations, as well as a growing list of third-party retailers. This vertical integration also helps us develop strategic relationships with cultivators and third-party brands for procurement, co-packing, and distribution.
Cultivation and Procurement
Access
Since 2016, Grupo Flor has obtained master leases to over 1.5 million sq.ft. of permitted cannabis farms in the Salina Valley. Most of these leased properties have been subleased to independent cannabis farmers, creating one of the largest private cannabis procurement networks on California’s Central Coast. Due to these strategic partnerships, we have first-right-of-refusal which gives us early-access to purchase over 20,000 pounds of flower per year. In addition to our farmer-tenant base, we also resource broadly from our established relationships with licensed Northern California growers.
The procurement of raw materials for our Brands program is a complicated process because we must match brand requirements with availability, pricing, and timing of a broad variety of farm goods. Combining detailed resource analytics and good old fashioned farmer relationships, we are able to resource tens of thousands of pounds of raw cannabis goods annually for our Brands production program.

Co-Pack
Centrally located on Hwy 101, our Manufacturing capability has state-of-the-art equipment, high-capacity production teams, and operational standards perfected by agricultural industries in the surrounding Salinas Valley region. We frequently run multiple teams throughout the day to efficiently manage the production and quality control for packaged cannabis flower, pre-roll production, blunt production, and concentrate goods packaging.
In addition to producing our own Brands, we offer co-packing as a service to many of California’s premiere cannabis enterprises. We view our co-packing service as more than a business, but a way to share production expertise and build relationships with leaders in the development of the California marketplace.

Impact
Our distribution and inventory management facility, Flor X, is centrally located in Salinas, California, and serves a growing roster of third-party shops in addition to our own retail shops. As one of California’s largest purchasers of third party brands, our distribution and inventory management activity offers our shops and customers unparalleled access to the full scale of California’s old and new cannabis branded goods. We intake and distribute over 1,400 SKUs of lab-tested, California cannabis products.
Structure
We are also able to provide our Retail shops with all necessary workplace supplies through this facility, from toilet paper to clipboards. Flor X is Grupo Flor’s “secret sauce” that empowers our statewide operations with seamless and efficient inventory.
