Work St. Center
Centrally located on Highway 101 in Salinas, our Work St. Center houses our flagship Retail store. Powered by efficient teams led by innovative leaders, Grupo Flor is able to sell cannabis goods from one centrally-located hub. Spanning 37,000 sq. ft, this building houses our independent suite of California canna-business operations, serving as the supportive infrastructure to all of our retail and branding ventures.
Our in-house brands are made by licensed third-party manufacturing partners and delivered directly to our warehouse. We do not manufacture on site.
From there, Flor X handles all receiving, inventory management, and distribution. Our team relies on standards-of-procedure (SOP), inventory system management systems, and strict compliance protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Operating in this capacity lets us distribute our own brands to all of our retail locations, as well as a growing list of third-party retailers, and helps us build strategic relationships with cultivators and third-party brands for procurement and distribution.
Sourcing and Procurement
Access
Grupo Flor sources cannabis for its in-house brands from licensed California cultivators. Our brands are then made by licensed third-party manufacturing partners and delivered to our warehouse for distribution.
Sourcing for our Brands program means matching each brand's requirements with the availability, pricing and timing of a broad variety of farm goods, which takes careful planning and long-standing grower relationships.

Impact
Our distribution and inventory management facility, Flor X, is centrally located in Salinas, California, and serves a growing roster of third-party shops in addition to our own retail shops. As one of California's largest purchasers of third party brands, our distribution and inventory management activity offers our shops and customers unparalleled access to the full scale of California's old and new cannabis branded goods. We intake and distribute over 1,400 SKUs of lab-tested, California cannabis products.
Structure
We are also able to provide our Retail shops with all necessary workplace supplies through this facility, from toilet paper to clipboards. Flor X is Grupo Flor's "secret sauce" that empowers our statewide operations with seamless and efficient inventory.
